Offline Yoga for Beginners

This offline class is perfect to enjoy the in studio experience. This class is ideal for beginners as asanas techniques will be covered in detail. Adjustments and assistance will help you understand your body like never before!

Personal Training

Personal one-on-one training sessions at home available. 12 sessions per month package depending upon the location and timing required. 

This is perfect for those who need personal attention. Similarly, private classes are the best for those needing yoga therapy. Enjoy a practice which is tailor made for you
